Back at my desk

After a week in the Big Easy. Decent conference as far as content goes. If I could broadly group my research interests into four categories, I learnt quite a bit on two of them and next to nothing on the other two. But as always, plenty of professional smooching with collaborators current and potential, prospective future bosses and of course getting caught up with tons of friends. But if you ask what the most abiding memory of the trip is going to be, it is in the following picture.
